Tom Hough was elected to Publix Super Markets Inc.’s board of directors, the company announced April 14.
Hough will replace Sherrill Hudson, the former CEO of Tampa Electric Co. and TECO Energy Inc., who is retiring.
Hough spent 36 years career at London-based Ernst & Young before retiring in 2014. He joined Ernst & Young in 1978 as a staff member and became partner in 1987. Hough was as vice chair and Southeast Area managing partner from 2000-2009 based in Atlanta and vice chair of assurance…
