Gwinnett County officials late Tuesday gave the final OK required for developer Grayson Investment Partners LLC to build a mixed-use development with 625 homes and 448,366 square feet of retail space along Loganville Highway near Grayson and Loganville.
The developer had proposed 569,616 square feet of retail space.
Commissioners did not approve retail development of a 121,250-square-foot parcel in the 3100 block of Loganville Highway, reports Gwinnett Daily Post.
