Admiral Capital Group and joint-venture partner SDM Partners sold 200 Ashford Center to Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners for an undisclosed amount.
The duo bought the 158,400-square-foot Central Perimeter office property in 2012 for $12.7 million.
The property is near the intersection of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Mt. Vernon Highway.
