A female passenger was detained late Wednesday following an alleged confrontation on board a Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE: DAL) flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles International Airport.
Airport police and the FBI are investigating the alleged incident, reports KTLA.
The female passenger, who has not yet been identified by officials, allegedly assaulted members of the flight crew and others while the plane was in the air, according to Laura Eimiller with the FBI.
