Nice article, thanks. But don't forget about WBS - work breakdown structure. In my opinion, this tool is more important than than OPB and OPS, especially when you work in Agile methodologies. Sometimes accurate planning isn't worth efforts and many projects in IT run without detailed OPB and OPS.
