The parents of Brooke Melton, a metro Atlantan who died in 2010 when her Chevy Cobalt shut down and swerved into oncoming traffic, have settled their case against General Motors Co.
Details of the second settlement were not disclosed. The Meltons were represented by Lance Cooper of Marietta, Ga.-based The Cooper Firm and Jere Beasley of Beasley Allen in Montgomery, Ala.
