Gwinnett convenience store owner gets prison time for food stamp and WIC fraud

Gwinnett County convenience store owner Terry Stinson got five years and seven months in prison for stealing more than $1 million in a WIC and food stamp fraud scheme. Stinson, 47, of Grayson, Ga., also must pay $800,015 in restitution.
