New details released in the investigation of an alleged attack of an Uber Technologies Inc. passenger now have police questioning whether the incident even happened, according to Atlanta Business Chronicle broadcast partner WXIA-TV.
According to police, Bo Cleary, who claimed to be beaten and robbed in the back of a Uber vehicle, was captured on surveillance video walking into the a parking lot alone the night of the alleged attack and did not show signs of any distress.

Emory Healthcare named Dr. Jonathan Lewin its new president and CEO, the health system announced Dec. 10.
